Does it actually sync both ways with Google Calendar?
Yes. Appointments created in Auroo show up in Google Calendar, and events you create in Google Calendar appear in Auroo. It's a true two-way sync — so you never have to manage two separate calendars.
Can I assign jobs to specific technicians?
Yes. Each appointment can be assigned to one or more team members. They see their assigned jobs in their personal view, and managers see all appointments across the team.
Will customers get appointment reminders?
Automated customer reminders are on our near-term roadmap. Currently, you can manually send confirmation emails directly from the lead profile.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. Your team can view their schedule and full appointment details on any device — so field staff always knows exactly where they're going.
What information travels with an appointment?
