Does it sync both ways with Google Calendar?
Yes. Visits booked in Auroo show up in Google Calendar, and events added in Google Calendar show up in Auroo. Nobody has to keep two calendars.
Can I book installs as well as consultations?
Yes. Consultations and installs go on the same calendar, so you can see the whole week in one place.
Can I assign a visit to more than one person?
Yes. Assign a visit to one person or a whole install crew. Each of them sees it on their own calendar and in the app.
Does the customer get a confirmation?
Yes. When you book a visit, Auroo lets the customer know.
What does my team see before a visit?
The customer’s name and number, the address, the type of visit, your notes, and everything so far, from the first chat to the latest message.
Which plan includes appointments?
Business Pro ($499/mo) and Enterprise include appointments, Google Calendar sync and a login for everyone on your team. Every plan is $5 a month for the first 6 months.
