Do I have to make the invoice from a quote?
No. You can start an invoice on the customer’s job and add items from your prices, the same way you build a quote.
What if the job changed on the day?
Edit the invoice before you send it. Change a size or add an item, and Auroo prices it from your prices, the same way it priced the quote.
How does the customer get the invoice?
By email, with the invoice attached as a PDF. It’s saved on the customer’s job too, next to the quote.
Does it work the way my trade charges?
Yes. Invoices use the same prices as your quotes: by the square foot, by the linear foot, by the item or at a set price.
Can sending an invoice start other work?
Yes, with a workflow. For example, create a work order from the invoice, or email the customer an update. Workflows come with Business Pro and Enterprise.
Which plan includes invoices?
Business Pro ($499/mo) and Enterprise include quotes and invoices. Every plan is $5 a month for the first 6 months.
