Where do new leads come from?
From your website chat, the offer popup, your web forms and your Facebook page messages. Each one lands in New lead by itself.
Can I change the stages?
Yes. Name the columns for the steps your jobs go through, from new lead to done, and add a stage when you need one.
Can I give jobs to my team?
Yes. Assign each job to someone on your team. Everyone signs in with their own login.
How do follow-ups work?
With a workflow. For example: when a quote has been quiet for 3 days, email the customer a follow-up. Workflows can also send email reminders and updates.
Can I use the board on my phone?
Yes. The jobs board is in the Auroo app on iPhone and Android, with the calendar and a live map of your crew.
