Can I choose who gets each job?
Yes. Assign every install, service call or consultation to a person or a crew. It goes on their route and shows up in their Auroo app.
Does it work for service calls, not just installs?
Yes. Any job with an address goes on the map: installs, repairs, service calls, measures and consultations.
Who can see the live map?
You and your office, on the computer or in the Auroo app on your phone.
What do my installers need?
The Auroo app on an iPhone or Android phone. Their day is there, in order, with the route and each customer’s details.
Is it the same calendar as my appointments?
Yes. Consultations and installs share one team calendar, so a job you book is already on the right person’s day.
Which plan includes dispatch and the live map?
Business Pro ($499/mo) and Enterprise. Every plan is $5 a month for the first 6 months.
